Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland and dual qualified in England and Wales, Jonathan also brings particular expertise in contentious matters and substantial corporate knowledge. Jonathan also chairs sports disciplinary panels and advises sports clients on legal matters including regulatory issues, contracts of employment, termination and integrity advice around doping and betting cases. He is also an appointed arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
