MARKETING & EVENTS EXECUTIVE
Level is looking for an experienced, creative and dynamic marketing executive to join the firm’s central support team. This person will be working directly with the firm’s Head of Growth as well as other Management Team members with marketing and recruitment events and marketing activities which aim to position Level as the first and best choice of firm for lawyers and clients working in the business of sport, media, entertainment or technology. Formed in 2017, Level has grown rapidly, with a team of 50 now working at the firm. Innovative brand positioning and strategic partner-level recruitment drives the growth of the business, and the marketing team is now busier than ever.

What you’ll do:
- Plan, create, promote and manage the firm’s busy event program, including monthly internal events, socials and quarterly large-scale external events and retreats for lawyers and clients. This will also include end-to-end management of the firm’s annual Winter Retreat to Verbier, Switzerland.
- Content creation for Level’s online channels such as writing news pieces and creating branded and engaging posts for the Level social channels which bring Level to life as a place to work.
- Plan and create engaging paid LinkedIn ad content for campaigns as required.
- Design physical marketing materials such as business cards, merchandise, brochures and other printed materials.
- Edit web content pages, upload new content, create new landing pages and review analytics.
- Help with writing award and legal directory submissions for Legal 500 and Chambers.
- Support with publicity related to recruitment and onboarding including scheduling calls, sending out documentation, diary management, booking photoshoots and external promotion of new joiners.
- Enhance the Level experience for lawyers e.g. the onboarding experience for new joiners, and team events.
- Support Level lawyers with client-facing marketing and BD activities to support the growth of their individual practices, such as drafting pitches and proposals for new clients at short notice, creating content and developing Level branded materials.
- Support Level lawyers with new marketing initiatives from strategy to completion.
We’re looking for someone with…
- Creativity, initiative and energy – ready to get involved and be part of a busy team.
- Lots of experience using Canva and the ability to create engaging on-brand visuals.
- Experience with all aspects of events management, and bringing original and creative experiences to life.
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
- A strong knowledge of and interest in social media and the digital marketing landscape.
- Proven experience and interest in brand marketing, or a degree with some element of marketing.
- A self-starter, who gets stuck in straight away and isn’t afraid to stand out.
- An understanding of the legal sector, sports and media sectors, or fee-sharing firms would be beneficial.

What we offer
- Salary £32,000
- The role will be located at our Soho offices in London.
- Working hours are 9.30 am to 5.30 pm but with flexibility. This role will involve attending and managing events out of hours.
