Will Thorman steps up to Partner at Level
We're delighted to announce that Will Thorman has transitioned from a Managing Associate role onto Level’s consultant lawyer platform, demonstrating the flexibility of the Level model and the opportunities it creates for lawyers to develop their careers.
Will joined Level in January 2024 and over the past two and a half years has established a successful commercial sports and media practice.
Before joining Level, Will was in-house legal counsel at global sports streaming service DAZN. Prior to that, he worked as an Associate in the Intellectual Property, Media, Sport and Entertainment practice at DLA Piper.
Will advises a broad range of clients across the sports and media sectors, including broadcasters, governing bodies, professional sports leagues and teams, sports technology providers, media production companies, agencies, athletes and other talent. His practice focuses on media rights, broadcast partnerships, sponsorships and other commercial licensing and collaboration arrangements.
As well as attracting experienced partners, Level provides a pathway for ambitious associate lawyers to grow their client base, build their careers and move into consultancy when the time is right.
