Level Celebrates Success at The 2026 Modern Law Awards
We're delighted that Level's Alastair Campbell has been named Consultant Lawyer of the Year at the 2026 Modern Law Awards, recognising his work leading the successful defence of West Ham United's Lucas Paquetá in one of the most high-profile disciplinary cases in English football.
Level was also Highly Commended in both the Boutique Law Firm of the Year and Litigation Team of the Year.
The Modern Law Awards recognise excellence, innovation and the evolving business of law across the UK. To receive recognition across three categories, including winning Consultant Lawyer of the Year, is a fantastic achievement for both Alastair and the wider firm.
Alastair’s journey from magic circle disputes lawyer to award winning consultant is just one example of what we see all the time at Level: brilliant lawyers transitioning from traditionally structured firms into a progressive fee-sharing firm, which enables them to deliver complex, high-profile work, without compromising on quality, and ultimately developing their practices to new heights.
