Elizabeth Morley joins Level to enhance media and cross-border disputes offering
Level is pleased to welcome Elizabeth Morley to its Disputes team, further strengthening the firm’s offering across media, art and sports litigation.
Her arrival reflects Level’s continued investment in senior disputes capability as the firm evolves its premium platform model for leading practitioners.
Elizabeth advises on a broad range of complex commercial and cross-border disputes. She is particularly recognised for her expertise in media law, regularly advising on defamation, privacy and reputation management issues connected to print and digital publications, broadcast content and social media. She also provides strategic pre-publication advice and guidance on news-gathering and regulatory compliance.
Her practice includes acting in high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes and contractual conflicts, including matters arising in the art and sports sectors. She also advises on contentious intellectual property and data protection matters where brand, content and reputation intersect.
Elizabeth acts for individuals, corporates, artists, sports professionals, media organisations, publishers and agents, reflecting the breadth of Level’s client base across sport, media, entertainment and technology.
She is recognised as a Next Generation Partner in Legal 500 for Media: Theatre, Publishing and Other Media and for Civil Liberties and Human Rights, and is ranked in Chambers & Partners for Defamation / Reputation Management.
