Having begun her working life in TV production and media rights distribution in the sports industry, Kelly transitioned into the legal sector over 20 years ago, pursuing a career as a Practice Manager.

Kelly has worked with Level since its inception. She’s primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the firm, covering compliance, finance, HR and operational matters.
