Finley Davis

Finley is a Trainee Solicitor who primarily supports the firm's sports team. He advises clients, including a range of stakeholders in football, on various contentious and non-contentious matters.

His work at Level involves drafting and negotiating playing contracts, representation agreements, and commercial contracts such as sponsorship agreements. He has also worked on a variety of disputes proceedings, ranging from regulatory and disciplinary commissions to the Professional Football Compensation Committee and arbitrations before the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Finley graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Law with Spanish Law, spending a year of his legal studies at Pompeu Fabra University, in Barcelona. He has previously worked with various leading sports law firms, with a focus on athlete-led contentious matters such as High Court litigation and anti-doping appeals.
