Bill Downer

Bill is an Associate in the Sports and Media teams, where he advises clients on a broad variety of transactional matters. His work spans media rights exploitation, sponsorship, sports-related investments and talent representation.

Before joining Level, Bill trained and qualified at a top City firm, gaining significant experience in advising international clients on high-value corporate transactions and regulatory compliance issues. He also spent six months on secondment at British International Investment, the UK’s development finance institution, where he provided support to internal stakeholders on a wide range of commercial and legal issues.

Bill holds a First-Class degree in History and International Relations from the University of Exeter.
