As Head of Growth, Amy is responsible for Level’s marketing and recruitment strategy and for driving the expansion of the business. Amy is an experienced legal marketer by trade and joined Level from Peerpoint, Allen & Overy’s platform for consultant lawyers.

Prior to that, her career spanned a range of marketing and communications roles within the legal sector.
