Level are delighted to announce that highly experienced commercial lawyer Natalie Kadas has joined the firm.
Natalie brings 10 years’ experience acting on non-contentious matters for clients across the media, technology and energy sectors. Building upon a legal background in energy, infrastructure, project and asset finance, her specialisms now include advising on the protection of IP assets including trade marks, negotiating and drafting contractual agreements involving the protection of confidential information, privacy and cookie policies, website terms and conditions, licensing agreements, advising on copyright and database rights, domain name registration/acquisition and recovery, software / app development agreements, developing IP strategies for start-up and established tech companies, as well as advising on transactions involving cutting edge technologies, including machine learning and mixed / augmented reality.
Natalie also advises on film production matters including development, production and co-production agreements, talent agreements including actor, director and composer agreements, agency agreements and location agreements.
Natalie has a unique focus in that she also creates her own work in photography, film and on digital platforms. She’s also currently studying for an LLM in space, cyber and telecommunications law, the first of its kind in the UK, and plans to integrate legal advisory services in satellite and associated space technologies into her practice in 2021.
