Level welcomes Kate Conway Davies to its Film & TV team

Kate Conway Davies has over twenty years’ experience working with clients in the entertainment industry on the structuring, negotiation, drafting and settlement of a broad range of deals and contracts with a focus on television. Her clients include a diverse mix of production companies, talent, creatives, agencies and broadcasters.

Kate advises on all phases of projects from the early stages of development through to distribution. Her expertise covers non-scripted and scripted production and includes putting together production finance (including advice on international co-production and advertiser funding) as well as advising production teams on all aspects of production contracts. In addition to private practice, Kate’s experience includes in house business affairs and she often works with in-house business affairs teams to provide additional support during busy periods.
