Level welcomes corporate lawyer Clare Barber to the firm

Level are delighted to announce that highly experienced Corporate lawyer Clare Barber has joined the firm.

On joining Level, Clare says:

Clare has a particular focus on advising clients in the entertainment, hospitality, advertising, and technology sectors on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investment, management buy-in/outs, corporate restructuring and joint venture and shareholder arrangements.

Clare advises private businesses and entrepreneurs on all aspects of the corporate journey from start-up and capital raising through to acquisitions and exit planning.
