Level retains ranking in the Chambers 2022 UK Guide
"Level is a dynamic, forward-thinking firm where most legal issues in sport can be dealt with, due to the breadth of experience and expertise that its lawyers have."
The latest Chambers rankings were released today and with them comes much deserved recognition of Level's industry-leading lawyers.
Based on in-depth research, the Chambers UK guide formulates independent and accurate rankings of the UK’s elite legal practices and practitioners.
Whilst particular attention is given to the Band 2 ranked Sport team, this year's Guide makes mention of "notable experience across sports, media, entertainment and technology law", rounding off the complete list of Level's specialisms.
One client interviewed by Chambers praised the "serious amount of legal talent in this specialist firm", whilst another drew attention to Level's "real focus on delivering top quality work." The rankings emphasise the variety of work undertaken at the firm and the depth of the team's experience, particularly in the sporting domain, noting that "Level is a dynamic, forward-thinking firm where most legal issues in sport can be dealt with, due to the breadth of experience and expertise that its lawyers have."
Not only did the firm as a whole receive commendation as "flexible, friendly and very well connected", but numerous individual lawyers were also specifically recognised for their skill in dealing with complex matters. Amongst them is Daniel Lowen, who was noted in the rankings as "exceptional", and Morris Bentata, who was described by one client as "truly excellent in all regards."
Other honourable mentions went to Dan Harrington for his "immensely knowledgeable" approach and Liz Coley for her "phenomenally good attention to detail."
We are delighted on behalf of our outstanding lawyers, the Sports team and the firm as a whole. Congratulations to all at Level for such deserved recognition for their hard work! For more on this entry and our lawyers, head to the Chambers website here.
