34th International Artist Managers Association Conference
Level partner Irving David recently attended the 34th International Artist Managers Association (IAMA) Conference, which took place from 9 to 11 April 2025 at the prestigious Royal College of Music in London.
This year’s conference brought together more than 600 delegates from 35 countries across the classical and performing arts industries, offering a vital forum to explore the key developments shaping the sector's future.
Discussions focused on a wide range of pressing topics, including audience engagement in both live and digital formats, innovative approaches to talent discovery, the evolution of performance and broadcast formats, and the importance of preserving artistic traditions and cultural heritage.
Running alongside the main conference was Audio Classique—a dedicated session exploring the shifting landscape of classical music recording. Participants examined the new opportunities presented by the digital age as well as the complex challenges it brings.
The event served as a valuable platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and future-focused dialogue, further reinforcing Level’s commitment to playing a leading role in the global artist management community.
