Alexia McEwen

As Operations Manager, Alexia oversees and continually improves Level’s day-to-day operations across IT, finance, HR, health and safety, procurement and compliance. With more than 20 years' experience in operations and business support, she brings expertise in supplier management, compliance, systems administration and project management. Having worked with several members of Level's leadership team earlier in her career, she joined the firm in 2026 and is well placed to support its continued growth. Working closely with the Practice Manager, Alexia helps ensure the business operates efficiently and delivers a seamless experience for both lawyers and clients.
